DAYTON, Ohio — Pastor William Schooler was shoot in church. The suspect is Daniel Schooler the older brother. was due in court Monday after a fatal shooting in a Dayton church Sunday.
Dayton Municipal Court officials say the Suspect has not been formally charged and instead, may be arraigned Tuesday.
According to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office, Pastor Schooler was pronounced dead at the scene.

September 20, 2015 – East Selma, Alabama – Police authorities reported that James Junior Minter, 26, is being held without bond in the shooting of his girlfriend, his infant son and a pastor who tried to intervene Sunday morning. Accordingly to police and witnesses, Minter opened fire during church service at Oasis Tabernacle Church in East Selma, Alabama. Minter shot his girlfriend in the face and a 1-month-old boy, was shot in the hand. Pastor Carswell, of Oasis Tabernacle Church, was shoot in the leg while trying to grab the weapons from Minter. Accordingly to officials victims are in stable condition.
Charleston, S.C. – June 17, 2015: Dylann Roof, 21, of Lexington County is accused of killing nine people during a Bible study inside Emanuel AME Church on Wednesday night. Witness said Dylann Roof, sat inside the Church for about an hour before he stood up and started shooting. Eight people reportedly died inside the church and a ninth died at the hospital. According to authorities, six of the victims were female and three were male. The shooter was been arrested and booked into the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center on Thursday evening after being arrested at a traffic stop in North Carolina. The Justice Department Civil Rights Division and the FBI are conducting a hate crime investigation into the shooting.

KNOXVILLE, TN – MAY 25, 2015: On 25 May 2015, a gunman bursted into a Knoxville, Tenn., church and opened fire with a shotgun while children were performing a production of “Annie” killing one and wounding eight. No given motive or reason for the churching.
Hartford – May 24, 2015: The Rev. Dr. Augustus Sealy, 54, who leads the First Church of the Nazarene at 932 Capitol Ave., was shot outside the church.
The victim was placing flags in front of First Church of Nazarene there in honor of Memorial day when he was shot three times, police said. He was shot twice in the right leg, and once in the left shoulder, police said.
Members of the church confirmed the pastor, Augustus Sealy of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, underwent surgery after the incident Sunday morning.
Sealy, 54, is in stable condition, police said. Ironically, today was his five-year anniversary as pastor.

March 2015 – Columbia, Mo: Dale Johnson, Youth Pastor at Parkade Baptist Church, was arrested by by the Boone. Co. Sheriff’s Department and charged with two counts of first degree statutory sodomy and one count of possession of child pornography. According to the Sheriff Department, assaults took place at both Johnson’s home and at the church. Bail was set at $100,000 cash only.
March 2015 – Huston TX – La Nuevo Jerusalem Church, Pastor Delso Eli Erazo, ag -69, was arrested with molesting a young girl beginning when she was 6 and continuing for nine years. According to investigators, Erazo was not a U.S. citizen. Bond was set at $200.000.
December 6, 2014, Odessa – Two pastors have been arrested and charged with failure to report child abuse, a class A misdemeanor, following the arrest of a former youth minister, Angel De Los Santos, 26, charged with six counts of sexual assault of a child on Sept. 8. Odessa Police Department, said in a release that Donald Haislett, 51, and his wife Gina, 50, were arrested Tuesday afternoon after the couple reportedly conducted their own investigation into the incident and did not report information to authorities within the required 48 hours.
SANTA ANA — A Huntington Beach man was sentenced Friday to 36 years to life in state prison for sexually assaulting a disabled boy he was related to and producing child pornography.
Jeffrey Adam Tracy, 38, was found guilty on Oct. 16 of two felony counts of oral copulation of a child 10 years old or younger, four felony counts of lewd acts upon a child under 14 and a felony count of using a minor for sex acts.

December 4, 2014- Bradenton, Fla. – Manatee County Sheriff reported that Pastor Tripp Battle of Bayshore Baptist Church and Bayshore Baptist’s Nursery/Children’s director Amber Avalos. Mrs. Avalos was the wife of suspected shooter Andy Avalos. The Manatee County Sheriff Department reports that Andy Avalos remains on the loose.
